You confirm that all content you upload (images, descriptions, pricing) belongs to you or you have permission to use it.

Illegal, misleading, or inappropriate store content is strictly prohibited.
3. Subscription & Payments

Some features of Progley POS may require a paid subscription.

Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

Progley POS may suspend your account if payments are overdue.

Plan limits (products, categories, orders, reports, etc.) depend on the package you selected.
4. Usage Rules

You agree not to use the system for:

Fraudulent orders

Spam

Illegal products

Misleading information

Each store owner is fully responsible for their customers and orders.

Progley POS is not responsible for disputes between store owners and their customers.
5. Data Protection & Privacy

Your data (products, orders, customers) will be handled securely.

Progley POS does not sell or share your data with third parties without permission.

Backup and security are maintained regularly, but the platform is not liable for losses caused by external cyber attacks.
6. System Availability

Progley POS aims to maintain 99% uptime.

Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

Progley POS is not liable for business losses caused by downtime.
7. Feature Updates & Changes

Features may be updated, improved, or removed at any time.

You will be notified in case of major updates.

New features may require additional charges.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
Your account may be suspended or terminated if:

False information is used

Abuse, fraud, or illegal activity is detected

Payment is not completed
